Attack Rotation/Preference

The idea behind an attack 'rotation' is that there are some attacks that should be done before other attacks. Sometimes this is an "always do X before you do Y", and sometimes it's "the X attack takes longer to come back up so do it before you do the shorter Y attack", and other times it's "the X attack is a DOT and should come before you do any other attacks".

So you see there are many reasons why sometimes you want to consider what attacks to do when. Some times you will want to wait for an attack to get off cooldown even though there are other things you could press just so you can chain two things together. Take Chessy for example...she has an attack called Revenge, any time I use this attack my next use of Heroic Strike costs no rage...so obviously if I am running low on rage then I always wait for Revenge to pop up before I ever hit Heroic Strike.
