Heroics / Raiding

I was curious as to what time everyone plays who like to run heroics or even consider casual raiding.
Every time I pop on it seems like only 3 to 4 people are on at any given time other than weekends. While I do play on other servers I still like to go on to Farstriders since its not as demanding.
So if anyone is intersted in setting up times for runs I will always do my best to make them.
Just let me know.

After 6pm?
I am almost always on after 7pm or so...unless I am working a closing shift. This week I have worked almost all closing shifts though, so I don't get home until after 10pm.
When I'm off though, I will be on in the morning and then again after 5pm or so.
In-Game Calendar
I think we should start taking advantage of the In-Game Calendar and start setting up runs. This way if anyone is interested they can sign up and everyone will be on same page.

Great Idea!
The only problem we really have lately though is a Healer. If Kari is not on, trying to find one in LFG is nearly impossible. We only need 3 DPS and a Tank. I play 90% of the evenings so tankage is covered, but healing is still missing. That is what I am thinking of when I said I will be looking for alliances with some other guilds.
If anyone is grouping with folks outside of ALK and the people seem pretty decent, they play well and are decent in chat as well, please let me know what guild they are from. Chances are good folks will not stay in a bad guild.
Healer for dungeons, raids etc.
Starglow is leveling fast (hope to be lvl 79 by the time you read this). She is currently specced as Moonkin, which has been a lot of fun and quite solo-able in Northrend. However, I enjoyed healing when she was back in the mid-40's and also see the need for another lvl 80 healer in the guild. I am thinking about dual-spec, so I can switch from DPS to healing as needed. I don't have much in the way of specialized healing gear yet, but I think that can come as time goes on.
I am on most evenings from about 8:00 until 10:30-11:00 realm time. Given enough notice (using the calendar or in-game mail) I can be ready to act as healer almost any evening -- just can't usually start something at 10:30 realm time, since I am on East Coast and need my beauty sleep!
Any thoughts?
Healing
I have no problem healing on either Hype or Tsuin when I'm on though I rather not heal with my pally until after the patch to see if the HoT's are implemented. Pally healing is great but I don't like the fact that they have no HoT's. Only thing with running a heroic is that dps ideally should be minimum 1500 consistently. In raids you are looking at 1500+ for 10 man or 2-2.5k for Naxx 25 or 3k for Ulduar.
